Here’s something most of you don’t know about me: besides being a li’l obsessive about untangling technical systems from social ones, I’m a facilitator and organizational strategist at heart.
That’s why I am so, so excited to have the opportunity to team up — in my personal capacity* — with my long-time friend and collaborator Kate Krontiris to launch the Facilitation Leadership Lab. It’s a live, online, cohort-based course for rising and established leaders who want to sharpen their facilitation skills in order to unlock their organization’s potential, accelerate their career path, or grow their consulting practice.
Fill out this short survey and be the first to hear when enrollments happen. Just click this li’l button below - it won’t take more than 3 minutes to complete.
The course will focus on topics like agenda setting, active listening, conflict de-escalation, managing challenging principals, and world-building, among others. What sets this course apart from many others is that you’ll have the opportunity to practice these frameworks in a simulated, lab-like environment, and receive personalized feedback, and 1:1 coaching.
If you know someone who might value this course, please forward them this note. If you’re interested and/or want to learn more, don’t hesitate to email me.
Okay, that’s it or now.
